If you want peaceful and perfect photography there and also must visit if u in Udupi and price is 300/head for boat. The island is formed uniquely with pillared shaped & is well maintained. The beach water is crystal clear. One can experience the richness of it but security won't allow to take a bath. The boat will take you some Malpe beach & give you 1 hour to roam the island which is a bit less time. There will be water rides available but it's a bit costly.
