The Venugopalaswamy Temple, dedicated to a form of the Hindu god Vishnu is located inside the Devanahalli Fort in the town of Devanahalli. It is a town in the Bangalore Rural located 35 kilometres to the north-east of Bangalore. This temple built in stones is about 150 mts from the Devanahalli fort entrance and is believed to be existing since the period of Vijayanagar Kings.
