In 2017 they started shifting the statue from Tiruvannamalai, TamilNadu to Bangalore. The process took nearly 2 years in 2019 statue reached Ejipura, Bangalore. As soon as the statue reached the Rama temple, Bangalore the shaping work started. The statue in 3 parts leg, body & snake at top. Now the lifting process started and you can see the body part in standing possession WOW. Once all the part lifted, the statue going to look majestic.
It will take nearly 2 more year to complete the work... people are egerly waiting for the opening of statue. Its world tallest Vishnu statue in single rock.
Note: The face shape work was done people form Tirupati temple.
