Ragigudda Anjaneya Temple, Bengaluru
The Ragigudda Sree Prasanna Anjaneyaswamy Temple is situated in a hillock named as "Ragigudda" in Jayanagara, Bengaluru. There are two temple are there in this hill. Smaller temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha, Navagrahas and the Goddess Annapoorneshwari at the base of the hillock. Main deity temple is on hillock. That temple has deity of Shivalinga, Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, Lord Lakshmana along with the main deity of Lord Hanuman in the same precinct.
There is a wonderful huge engraved rocks of Thrimurthy(Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva) Divya Dharshan at the side of the temple.
This temple is built by the effort of a group of dedicated youth in 1972. The temple allows its devotees to work as volunteers for various activities. This temple has a charitable arm that provides education and healthcare to the less privileged in and around the temple.
